AthCon24 is only months away and we are now actively looking for a very select group of generous patrons to help us form the perfect party! This is a wonderful opportunity for your company to come onboard, join the team and become a sponsor of AthCon24!
We have decided to have a flat rate of €150 for sponsorship at this years’ event and that finance raised will go towards kitting out all our volunteers in ridiculously bright t-shirts, contributing towards the running costs of AthCon24 and maybe even giving a bottle of water or two to our poor GMs who will be running up to 80 games over the two days!
As part of this you, or the name and logo of your company, will appear prominently on our website (along with a blurb of your company should you wish), we’ll include you on social media posts as well as featuring on the AthCon24 program and on signs in the venue over the two days.
About us – AthVentureCon is an Irish TTRPG community event where all funds raised go to our youth club, Athenry Adventurers RPG Club which is affiliated with Youth Work Ireland Galway.
AthVentureCon is now in it’s second year and after the incredible success of our inagraual event in Feb 23 we have moved to a bigger venue and gone to a two day event. We will have the same inspiring talks and panels, innovative and educational workshops as well as almost 80 role playing games over the two days. On top of all that we’re adding Cosplay events to AthCon24 as well as family/group board games and a carnival themed funfair on the Sunday!
